The Case Manager
CaseHomePage recognizes that not everyone is comfortable with technology. To ensure quality control, and ease of use, a dedicated case manager is appointed to every case. Our case managers are available to you, by phone or email, during normal business hours, and after hours can be paged via our 24/7/365 support line.
The case manager can walk you through the case website, help you select the right file folder for your upload, or answer any practical or technical questions that arise. We are also available to set up personal online demonstrations for your firm at the beginning of your case.
Your case manager handles the bulk of the documents and work on your case. Once a document in any standard format such as Word, WordPerfect, or Excel is sent to CaseHomePage, the case manager checks that it is correctly titled, converts it to a universal format (pdf), and places it in the appropriate folder. The case manager then monitors the automatic email notification system to ensure that all members have received the posted document. Our hands-on approach and commitment to personal service are an integral part of the CaseHomePage package.
