Security
The CaseHomePage website is confidential within the authorized parties, and is protected from unauthorized access by unique usernames and passwords. The registered members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their assigned usernames and passwords. To facilitate rapid access to documents among even the lowest bandwidth requirements, we do not routinely use restrictive cryptology. In those instances where a higher degree of security is required, it can be made available.
All documents are sent to our secure servers which are located in California near our administrative center. All data is backed up daily. Copies of all documents sent to us are kept in off-site locations.
Access to each document is controlled at the document level, and access to all documents may not be uniform to all members. This capability allows CaseHomePage to restrict access to specific documents to designated members. For example, access to a deposition transcript can be limited to those parties that have purchased a copy of the transcript.
