Documents can be quickly found in the CaseHomePage electronic file system. Designed by experienced litigators, our “file” system can be customized to fit the individual needs of your case. Documents can be read on-line, printed, or saved to your desktop. The documents are available 365/24/7 from any computer with internet access. Filings in your case made while you are out of the office don’t need to be faxed or sent to you — they can be easily retrieved from the CaseHomePage site.

 

Instant Communication through our Message Board

Our Message Board, for use by Counsel and the Court allows for instant communication, and greatly simplifies searching for messages sent between parties. All communication via the Message Board remains available to you throughout the length of the case. Distributing case filings within your firm becomes unnecessary. With CaseHomePage, internal copies, and the administrative time associated with preparing such distributions, is no longer required. All documents are available for on-line viewing - anytime, anywhere.

 

The Case Manager

To ensure quality control, a dedicated Case Manager is appointed to every case. The case manager can walk you through the case website, help you select the right file folder for your upload, or answer any practical or technical questions that arise. The case manager checks each document to be sure that it is correctly titled, converts it to a universal format (pdf) as required, and places it in the appropriate folder. The case manager then monitors the automatic email notification system to ensure that all members have received the posted document. Our hands-on approach and commitment to personal service are an integral part of the CaseHomePage package.

 

Typically, the use of our service is ordered by the presiding judge, either unilaterally or based on a stipulation submitted by the parties. Although generally instituted early in the proceedings, CaseHomePage can be introduced at any time, as prior filings can easily be uploaded or scanned into our system. To get you started, CaseHomePage has prepared a model Electronic Case Management Order ready to file and available free of charge.
