Print Multiple Files — we have the answer.
We have made it easy to select and print several files with just a few keystrokes. No need to select and send to the printer one document at a time.
- "Log In" to your account.
- Click on the link to the case you wish to see.
- Browse to or search for the files you wish to print.
- When you have the file titles on your screen, check the box on the far left of your screen.
- The checkmark in the box lets you know which files you have selected to print.
Note: If you wish to select all of the files on the page, check the box next to "Type" directly under the "Edit Selected" drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Edit Selected" drop-down menu and select "Print Selected" (the third option from the bottom).
- Arrange the files in the order you want them to print by selecting a file and clicking on the "Up" and "Down" buttons.
- The documents will print to your Default printer. You will not be given the option to select a printer, so ensure the printer to which the files should be sent is your browser's default printer before clicking the 'Print' button.
- Click "Print."
Note: If this is the first time you have performed this action on your current machine, you may be prompted to install an ActiveX control. You must install this in order to complete the print job. Simply click on the yellow banner that pops up directly under the toolbar.
Batch Email — when you want to select several documents and email them—
we have made it simple.
We have made it easy to select and print several files with just a few keystrokes. No need to select and send to the printer one document at a time.
- "Log In" to your account.
- Click on the link to the case you wish to see.
- Browse to or search for the files you wish to email.
- Check the box on the far left next to the file(s) you wish to email. You can also check the box next to an entire folder if desired, which selects all the files contained within the folder and its sub-folders.
Note: If you wish to select all of the files on the page, check the box next to "Type" directly under the "Edit Files" drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Edit Selected" drop-down menu and select "Email Files" (the second option from the bottom).
- Click "Email."
- Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
- Enter any additional recipients' email addresses in the "Cc" field; separate email addresses with commas. We recommend that you also enter your own email address in this field so that you will receive a copy of the email.
- Enter the subject of the email in the "Subject" field.
- Enter your message in the "Body" field.
- Click "Send Email."
- You will be taken to a page with a message that says "Email Successfully Sent".
Downloading multiple files to your desktop….fast and easy
- "Log In" to your account.
- Click on the link to the case you wish to enter.
- Browse to or search for the files you wish to download.
- Check the box on the far left next to the file(s) you wish to download. You can also check the box next to an entire folder if desired, which selects all the files contained within the folder and its sub-folders.
Note: If you wish to select all of the files on the page, check the box next to "Type" directly under the "Edit Files" drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Edit Selected" drop-down menu and select "Zip Files" (the last option).
- Click "Confirm"
- Enter a name for your Zip Folder in the "Zip File Name."
- Click "Download Zip."
Note: Depending on your browser settings, you may be asked to select the location where you wish to save the zip folder.
- Click on the "Go Back" button.
